Hillside Orthodontics is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technologies. Every family deserves a clear path to care — on the trail and online.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Where we are today

This is a new website, and we are actively working toward that standard. Some parts of the site do not yet meet every guideline — in particular, decorative animations and background videos are still being refined. We review the site on an ongoing basis and prioritize fixes that affect access to core information: our services, our contact form, and our waitlist.

Motion and animation

Our site uses motion to bring our brand to life. If you've turned on your device's "reduce motion" setting, the site respects it: decorative animations are minimized and background videos are paused.

Feedback and alternative access

If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, or if you'd like any information from it in a different format, please email us at hello@hillsideortho.com and tell us the page and the problem. We aim to respond within two business days, and we'll work with you to provide what you need in a format that works for you.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies.

An ongoing commitment

Accessibility isn't a one-time checkbox — it's part of how we build. This statement was last updated on July 8, 2026 and is reviewed whenever the site changes significantly, and at least annually.
